TEXTIMA, for more than 60 years the name has stood for tradition and quality.

The origins of the TEXTIMA brand go back to 1948. In the following years the TEXTIMA brand achieved worldwide recognition with the export of textile machines.

From the 1960s until the end of the 1980s the largest market for TEXTIMA machines by far was the former USSR, where TEXTIMA traditionally cultivated intensive business relations with companies in the textile industry of this region with its largest foreign office in Moscow.

Consistent with this the company philosophy was oriented towards the markets of the CIS after the re-foundation of TEXTIMA Export Import GmbH had taken place as a privatised trading company for investment goods.

As a result the name “TEXTIMA” has stood in these markets for reliability and innovation both in the delivery of machines and in the realisation of complex technological solutions in the textile industry and since then also in other industrial fields.

Continuing our traditional supplier relationships we have represented the leading manufacturers of textile machines in Germany, Switzerland, France and the Netherlands, which use TEXTIMA’s infrastructure with 9 foreign offices and two subsidiaries in the CIS, the Baltic States and Ukraine, on an exclusive basis since 1991.

In the last 20 years TEXTIMA has developed its range of products and services and continually adapted its sales network to the demands of the market.
Thus since 2001 the product field polymer processing / industrial projects has been developed – an important step towards compensating for cyclical fluctuations in the market in individual product fields.

Since the beginning of 2012 TEXTIMA has maintained its own engineering office with an experienced staff who have proved themselves in the market. Thus we are in a position to provide competent support for complex industrial projects in selected fields in all project phases, to implement them as a general supplier so that they are ready to use and to assume complete responsibility for the technological aspects.
